TALA TRAINING SESSIONS

TALA Soccer Training is dedicated to meeting players where they are in their development. At TALA, we understand the nature of chronological age and developmental age as it pertains to the framework of key player qualities, key player actions and behaviors, and the phases and stages of age-specific learning unique to each player. TALA Soccer Training Sessions provide an environment where players take responsibility for their development through a solution-focused approach to understanding the technical, tactical, physical, social, and cognitive pillars of the game through the O.L.I Methodology of session design. Every TALA Training Session is intentionally designed with three goals in mind for the players and for the coaches:

To Learn. To Develop. To Improve.

 

To do so most effectively, TALA designs each session based on player(s) individual goals, in consideration of the chronological and developmental age of the player(s), utilizing a phased approach to holistic development designed to move players through the orientation, learning, and implementation process of competency building. TALA Soccer Training is dedicated to meeting each player where they are at in their development by designing sessions based on an understanding of the person within each player, their individual areas of strength and desired improvement, and in pursuit of player(s) identified soccer-specific personal goals.
